RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes, oils, and body care), we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items for hygiene reasons.

RETURNS

We only accept returns if:

- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

- The item is unused and in its original packaging

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

REFUNDS

Once your return is approved:

- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days

- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Please note:

- Shipping costs are non-refundable

- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
